Founded in 2013, Nomadic Bookshelf is a curated online traveling book store dedicated to independently produced photobooks. Nomadic Bookshelf focuses on publishers and artists who are actively making and promoting their work through the book format while stimulating a conversation about contemporary photography.

Nomadic Bookshelf flips the traditional bookstore format on its head and uses resources to bring the books to new audiences rather than supporting the expense of a traditional a brick and mortar.

Over the years, Nomadic has participated in numerous pop-up shops and art book fairs across the country and has worked with over 100 book creators.
